We review your product concept, target claims, market and budget, and confirm what is technically feasible.

Actives and excipients are shortlisted against published clinical data and regulatory acceptability.

Bench batches are developed and iterated until texture, stability and performance meet the brief.

Samples are held under defined conditions to establish shelf life and packaging compatibility.

The validated formula is transferred to production and reproduced as a pilot batch.

Repeat batches are manufactured, documented and released to agreed schedules.
Incoming materials are received against specification and quarantined until cleared.
Critical parameters are monitored during compounding and filling, with deviations recorded.
Batches are released only after finished-product checks against the approved specification.
Batch records link every finished pack back to its materials, process and release data.
Defined cleaning, gowning and line-clearance practices between batches.
